Soon laundries all over the country were installing “Twin City” rail. The bolted twin section rail, fabricated from non-peening high carbon steel, gives a noticeable performance increase over I-beam. TC’s flat tread design allows true rolling; I-beam’s tapered tread leads to slipping and friction. Of course it takes more than just good rail to make a great rail system.

A closer examination of one of these components, trolleys, demonstrates the importance of the E-Tech difference in the functionality and performance of your system. On gravity systems, our trolleys use custom heavy-duty yokes which maintain gravity performance under the most demanding environments. Our trolleys are made with a large 3 inch wheel assembled with a sealed precision bearing. With press fit and a snap ring, the E-Tech process avoids the bearing damage inherent in the coining process that other companies use. Custom cast load bars complete the most rugged, high  performance trolley in the industry.

Another example of the E-Tech difference, our systems have integrated pneumatic lift stations that are highly reliable, energy efficient, and do not require anchoring to your floor. These lifts were designed by E-Tech Engineers specifically for laundry applications and are fabricated in our modern manufacturing facility. Other components include special indexers, controls, and sling openers.
