The use of rectangular bulk containers for parts and materials is increasing daily as plants modernize.  Many plants are converting from smaller bins, drums, tote boxes, cans and bags to larger uniform size containers to reduce in-plant handling costs.  The discharge of these materials from heavy bulk containers must be controlled.  Cart Dumpers are hydraulically powered and meet these requirements.  Heavy-duty, all-welded steel dumpers lift 2,000- to 6,000-lb loads.  Push-button control activates the chute, raising the container to 36”, 48”, or 60” dumping heights.  Choose either stationary or portable models with full range of chute widths and depths.  Floor-level loading accommodates containers on casters.  Air motors and electrical modifications are available for dust, moisture, and other special environments.  Custom chutes and materials of construction (i.e., stainless steel or epoxy-coated) are available.
