Systems Performance Team

The E-Tech Systems Performance Team was created to ensure we build the best possible partner relationships with all of our customers. We are committed to anticipate our customer’s needs, always provide what is promised and never have to say no.

We strive to provide service and support that maximizes total system benefit to our customer.  By taking a proactive approach, we are able to present responsive solutions and remedies with efficient, personalized and consistent service.

The Systems Performance Team is a company wide commitment to respond in a timely and effective manner. We know our products and customers through and through and make every effort to help build total confidence in E-Tech products and system solutions.

A member of the SPT is onsite at the end of each job to provide a seamless systems hand-off from projects. We provide complete systems training relaying the knowledge and tools needed for maximizing and extending system performance and flexibility.

SPT training is based around the following criteria:

Controls Systems: Operations, Troubleshooting, System functions

Mechanical: Preventive Maintenance, Safety

Production: Plant-wide analysis of production efficiencies

Our goal in training is to teach customers how to maximize workflow and productivity in a safe and efficient manner. From rapid delivery of spare parts to on-site training, E-Tech’s Systems Performance Team is here for our valued customers in every situation!
