E-Rail Customer Bag Systems

New to the E-Rail product line is our E-Railerator with most of the features of the TC-TRAK inclined slant lift, but especially designed for high-speed production.  The Incline E-Railerator is a continuous section of rail with positively engaging “dogs” every 5 feet which elevates trolleys on a 35 degree slant to the elevation required by the physical limitations of the laundry.  The Decline E-Railerator is also available to lower trolleys as required.  Don't rely on others unreliable designs which have used a “friction” tread to attempt to “push” slings up the incline.  Rely once again on E-Tech Engineering to provide a dependable, reliable solution which is easy to maintain.

New specially designed customer bag trolleys have a low center of gravity enabling empty trolleys to track positively with minimum slope built into the rail.  Trolleys are 2-wheel for simplicity and efficiency (2-wheel trolleys are not conducive to being lifted by drop rail lifts for safety reasons).

There are many additional new features of the customer bag system such as the precision engineered auto-debagger which releases bags every time from the trolley without operator intervention.  This is an option not required on some systems.

Ask to have the integrated safety grid included which guards against bags accidentally releasing from the trolley due to a bag malfunction.  Because bags are out of the control of the laundry on the customer's site, they are often returned in “tough” condition.  Straps break all  too often.  The E-Rail safety grid is a must in storage areas or where plant personnel are present.

Roller conveyor input stations are especially useful in assisting operators in elevating bags with a minimum of effort.  Usually one, two or even three bags are attached to each hook depending on the weight of the bags.

Adjustable indexers enable the laundry to choose the number of bags to be released in one activation.  The secret is the moveable rear hold back bar.  This hold back bar can be provided as manually or remotely adjusted.  On the remotely adjusted model, a slider bar on the controls moves the bar forward or backward on the integrated E-Tech C-Channel suspension.  Releasing several bags at once can relieve operators of having to “eyeball” the amount of time a stop should be open.

Control systems can be very automated or very manual depending on what your application requires.  Controls programming and design should be married to the equipment.  E-Tech doesn't “sub” out such an important function.  Unaware programmers can create safety hazards unknown to them because their program is not integrated into the design of the product like it is at E-Tech.

E-Rail makes the difference.  Slope of the rail in these systems is kept to a minimum as performance is smooth due to a carefully engineered match of trolley, rail, and E-Railerator.  This means that when a bag is required at a station, it WILL be there.  The means that trolleys WILL move through storage even if there is a minimum of bag weight.  This means that the system WILL perform without bags slipping back down primitively built elevating equipment.

The industry once again has looked to E-Tech to develop sophistication in an area where traditionally there hasn't been much.  Ask to see a video and photos of our latest system innovation.  See it first at E-Tech, others are waiting to make a cheap copy and claim it is “just like E-Tech”.  Don't fall for a cheap imitation.  Go with someone you trust and you know will be here for parts and service when you need it.
