E-TECH’s unique pivot switch features a special rail section that flexes, allowing smooth and continuous transitions.  This flex coupler means only one end of the switch requires periodic adjustment.  E-RAIL switches have fewer moving parts and only one wear surface.  Just like our track, E-RAIL switches are made from carefully selected materials to form a long-lasting product.  The glide path features a non-metallic friction strip which doesn’t need lubrication.  Steel components and hardened pivot points ensure durability.

Air-Powered for Precision

E-RAIL switches utilize pneumatics to move between selected rails.  Positive positioning of the switch is maintained by air pressure against adjustable stops.  E-TECH’s unique combination of pneumatics and high quality components results in a switch that is extremely smooth and amazingly quiet.
