A trolley is the link between your goods and the monorail system that moves those goods throughout your plant.  A trolley that doesn’t roll means a plant that doesn’t work. E-RAIL Rolls On When Others Stop

E-TECH has designed our trolleys for maximum gravity performance and low maintenance.  Every aspect of our trolleys has been engineered and crafted to provide a component of the highest caliber.  Smooth articulation of the wheels and single point contact with our round rail provide performance that is second to none.

The wheel is composed of a precision ball bearing encased in a non-metallic tire.  The bearings are sealed and do not require re-lubrication.  Track wear is negligible because the contact surface of the tire is not metal on metal.  We utilize standard fasteners to facilitate quick-and-easy wheel replacement when necessary.  The end result is a quiet, smooth-running system that keeps rolling along with minimal maintenance.

The frame, or yoke, of the trolley is cast from austempered steel.  Precision casting ensures the proper alignment of wheels.  E-RAIL trolleys are electro-plated to provide a durable, corrosion-resistant finish that will last for years.

All Trolleys are Not Created Equal

Other manufacturers may try to get your system to “fit” their trolley.  E-RAIL offers many trolley configurations to suit your specific application.  Our trolleys have evolved to meet increasing load sizes.  The size of the load bar and number of wheels on the trolley are based on your sling-load capacities and system requirements.  E-RAIL’s extensively tested sling connections ensure a long life and safe operation for both fixed and removable slings.
